I’m a psychotherapist who values transparency, honesty, and the subtle dynamics that unfold in both what is said—and what is left unsaid—in a session. My work is grounded in a modern analytic, here-and-now approach, meaning we focus not only on your story but on how it comes alive in the room. With over 20 years of experience, I offer both individual and group therapy with a special focus on trauma recovery, emotional resilience, and relationship healing. My approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, including:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - Internal Family Systems (IFS), with an informed approach - Group Therapy (Certified Group Psychotherapist) - Psychodynamic Therapy
These approaches support healing from issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges—including those rooted in unhealthy or toxic dynamics. At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping clients develop emotional maturity, internal boundaries, and a deeper sense of identity through self-awareness and exploring parts that are stuck in trauma memories that feel like beliefs. Whether we're working one-on-one or in a group, I aim to foster a safe, inclusive, empathetic space where authenticity and growth can emerge.
